2. Delivery Method & Timelines

Upon successful verification of your payment via Razorpay:

• On-Screen Access: You are immediately redirected to a secure Thank You page displaying your instant direct download button.
• Email Dispatch: An automated confirmation receipt containing your private, token-secured download link is sent to the email address entered during checkout within 1 to 5 minutes.
• Customer Portal: If you created an account, all purchased files remain permanently accessible under your My Downloads section for lifetime access.

3. What to Do If You Don't Receive the Email

If your download email hasn't arrived within 10 minutes:

1. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
2. Verify that there was no typographical error in the email address provided at checkout.
3. If still unreceived, contact our support team immediately at digitalpipora@gmail.com with your Razorpay transaction ID or name. We will re-issue your download credentials promptly within a few hours.
